Accessibility Statement

Our Commitment to Inclusivity

At CX Collective, we believe customer experience should be seamless for everyone. We are committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities and are continually improving the user experience for all visitors by applying the latest relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

As of March 18, 2026, CX Collective is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully conform to the accessibility standard (see "Known Limitations" below). We are also actively working toward meeting the newer WCAG 2.2 success criteria to ensure a future-proof experience.

Technical Specifications

The accessibility of the CX Collective website relies on the following technologies to work with the particular combination of web browser and any assistive technologies or plugins installed on your computer:

  • HTML

  • WAI-ARIA

  • CSS

  • JavaScript

Known Limitations and Alternatives

Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, there may be some limitations. Below is a description of known limitations and our plan for resolution:

  1. Legacy Documents: Some older PDF resources or case studies may not be fully optimized for screen readers. We are currently auditing and remediating these files.

  2. Third-Party Integrations: We utilize external tools (such as [mention tools like: Calendly, Typeform, or Chatbots]) for certain functions. While we choose partners based on their accessibility, some elements may remain outside of our direct control.

  3. Video Captions: We are in the process of ensuring 100% of our video content includes accurate, synchronized captions.

If you encounter an issue with any of the above, please contact us for an accessible alternative or a manual walkthrough.
