CX Collective streamlines the Customer Service Planning process

More than 20 years ago, I embarked on my career journey at a Fortune 500 SaaS company. My mission was simple: bringing together the right people, at the right place, and at the right time. This involved meticulous planning, estimating, and tracking, which is commonly known as Workforce Management (WFM).

Throughout my professional experience, I have worked with over 40 companies, primarily in support enablement. This role entailed handling planning and operational efforts for customer support teams, an area that is often overlooked despite its significant return on investment.  I was in WFM at Office Depot, Home Depot, Intuit, Herbalife and Molina Healthcare. My goal has always been to provide tools and resources that enable people to achieve more with less. And that's precisely how CX Plan came about.
